Scheduling Changes: Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payment:

Payment Method: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Access: Customers must ensure that our cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time.

Instructions: Any specific instructions or security measures regarding the property must be communicated to us in advance.

6. Liability and Damages:

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property during the cleaning process, Rhino Cleaning Services Dubai will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred. Customers are advised to secure valuable or fragile items before our team arrives.
